Sellers can now use promoted listings for single-quantity, one-of-a-kind items in all categories but Motors fitment listings.* Previously, sellers had been able to use promoted listings for only multi-quantity listings and select categories of single-quantity items.

Promoted listings is a service that gives sellers the ability to boost listings’ visibility through ad placements throughout the buyer’s shopping journey on eBay, increasing the listings’ likelihood of sale.** Sellers set the fee they wish to pay for a promoted listing campaign and are free to start, stop, or make changes to campaigns at any time. With access to detailed performance metrics through promoted listings, sellers can make decisions backed up by data. Sellers pay for a promoted listing only when a buyer clicks the ad and purchases the item within 30 days.

Every quarter, eBay Top-Rated and Anchor Store subscribers receive a Promoted Listings credit of $30 and $25 respectively. Sellers who qualify for both receive a combined $55 credit. These credits post automatically to sellers’ accounts once they begin using promoted listings.

Start using promoted listings now, or learn more about promoted listings in Seller Center.

As always, thank you for selling on eBay.

*Promoted listings support multi-quantity and single quantity, one-of-a-kind items listed at a fixed-price. Promoted listings are not currently available for auction listings of any kind.

**Based on data from May through June, 2016. Measured on 40,000 listings that had sales before they were promoted and had promoted listing sales after they were promoted.
