Effective July 1, the United States Postal Service (USPS) implemented changes to the countries they will be providing Electronic Delivery Confirmation for USPS First-Class Package International.
What is the change?

*List of countries offering tracking as of publication date.
Electronic tracking includes the US domestic transit, international transit to the destination country, and delivery confirmation in the final destination country. For countries where electronic delivery confirmation is not offered, tracking will consist of the US domestic transit, international transit to the destination country, and arrival in the final destination country.
Packages sent using eBay international standard delivery or the Global Shipping Program are not impacted and are alternatives for international shipments with electronic tracking information.
What does this mean for me?
If you are a seller that is currently shipping directly to international buyers through USPS First-Class Package International, some of your packages may no longer have tracking. This change does not apply to Priority Mail International shipments.
What do I need to do or know?
As always, thank you for selling on eBay.
