Hi, roughly 3 days ago I noticed when I sold an item I didn't get a pop up on my phone saying an item had sold and the 'cha ching' noise, i've been selling for a few weeks now and it only just started happening and still isn't working. If someone messages me I get a notification just specifically when an item sells.
I've cleared my cache and data on the app, deleted and redownloaded the app, checked notifications are all correct on the app and on my phone notifications. My partner also sold an item on her seperate ebay account and she had the same problem. She got notified about the buyer sending a message but not of the actual sale, any help would be greatly appreciated thank you
