My most recent purchased order of 7.29.2024 is not listed any where in my account purchases section.
Not able to contact customer service nor its online AI msg, due to it only provides the last previous item purchased, not the most recent, using both online and app.
Seems someone hijacked my account while making the purchase online then on the app the purchase is not listed at all, but have received two confirmations that my purchase was made and the item is being shipped, so it says.
Not sure if those two emails are legit or fakes, but not being able to contact customer service for assistance to resolve this matter when no other help pages can do, is terrible.
You say "we are here to help", it does not seem nor appear to be so.
Just going around in circles logging in online and in the app is not providing help.
Where is, did, my most recent purchased order go? Why was it not posted to the account purchased section? And is the two confirmation of purchase emails legit, or fakes? How do I know whether or not I will receive my ebay purchased order if its not listed, posted, in the purchased section? Cannot track my order when its not listed, posted, in the purchased section. And did receive two paypal emails confirming payment of the ebay order.
Request ebay assistance in locating my purchased order and provide a direct connection, link, to someone, not an a.i. machine, to to talk to to resolve is issue. Thank you!

No. I was first logged into my ebay account online to make the purchase, was immediately kick out of it, don't know why, so I logged into the ebay app to make the purchase, that is how I received two purchase confirmations from ebay and two from paypal; so the purchase was confirmed, but the ebay order purchase was not listed in my account purchased section; I was not a guest, I was logged into the ebay app after being kicked out while logged into my ebay account online, when I made the ebay purchase. Then could not find the close out ebay app button any where to close the app; went to settings where it always is, it was not there; scrolled down to the bottom where it always it and it was not there either. It was like being on another internet on someone else's computer, digital device because everything was different until I looged out of the ebay app. So I exited the ebay app, waited a few minutes, then logged back in, that is when I could not find my order purchase; its just not there, like I never made the purchase, but the purchase was made, the money has since left my bank account per the second paypal confirmation email and the order is being shipped per ebay's second email confirmation. I just hope I receive a tracking number because I cannot track my order if my order is not listed in my ebay account.

Check to make sure you are signed in to the same eBay account in the app that you are in your browser. It is possible to have more than one eBay account, and that you were signed in to a different account when you made that purchase.
You can sign out of the eBay app by using the My eBay icon at the bottom of the main screen, scrolling down and choosing Settings, and then choosing "sign out" on the next screen.
To contact eBay, use the chat assistant that you reach from the Help & Contact page to request a chat with an agent or a call back.
What options you see may depend on your particular issue and how busy that department is at the moment.
Try entering "agent" into the chat window. You may have to provide some context to reach the correct department. If you see a "Still need help?" or "More options" choice, either of those should lead to a call back option.

Used the link to resolve the issue. Issue was resolved. Apparently, the purchase was made under a different account I did not use. After receiving my order, will cancel all multiple ebay accounts so this issue does not happen anymore, unless ebay tech links (connects) a user's multiple accounts under the user's "primary" account, so whichever account is being used, logged into, even as a guest, the purchase will always be listed as a link in the user's primary account.
