Fix the ebay gift card balance checker

You should be able to check your gift cards however many times you want, it is seriously dreadfully annoying nd a huge inconvenience when you check the same gift card 2 times and it gives you the horrible whoops try again later (which is usually like 3 days later before it refreshes). I have to use gift cards and sometimes I'll have like 6 at a time and you forget the amounts sometimes with all those cards so you check them twice or even three times sometimes.

There is a very good reason why that is not the case.

If users were allowed unlimited card number checking, scammers could just keep checking different numbers until they found a valid card number.

I am not saying that the current limits are not a problem for actual gift card users, just that unlimited checking is not a good idea.
