She is an American Girl Doll made in the likeness of the purchaser. Girls can order dolls that match their eye color, skin color, hair color and length. This is number 13 if I have pegged the hair color correctly. These folks can also be called Truly Me dolls. Edited to add that she is wearing the "Real Me Outfit" that these dolls wore home from the store.😄
