Help identify AG accessory?

I bought a bag of American Girl Doll Clothes. I have identified all the pieces but this!  Can anyone tell me what this goes to?  It might even be an accessory off of a bed or a child-sized clothing pieces. I am stumped.  If it helps, most of the clothes were from 2004-3006. Thanks if you can help!

That looks like Rebecca's "fancy golden wings" that hook on to the back of her turquoise dress from her costume chest.
