How to get shipping label refund

I sold an item and when the shipping label printed it had an old return address on it. I cannot ship it this way as I live in a different state now. I don't know why it did that as my correct address is listed at the top of my account. Help!

Ebay log out button at top of app disappeared

Since using the eBay app on my phone there was always a Log Out button at the the top near my name . a few months ago it just disappeared so now I have to go thru 2 or 3 steps to log out. If I uninstall the app and reinstall will that fix the issue?
