Hi, stampsletter - Can you do a screen shot of what you are seeing?  Or maybe a copy/paste?

I just looked and only see 2 options - Call Us or Call Me.  Details would be much appreciated.

I have been with ebay for a couple of years and now have decided to close my account. I had a case opened on my account because a customer decided after a month that she didn't receive her boots. When she contacted me after the case was opened she then gave me a different address than before. After I tried my hardest to help her she just demanded a refund. Ebay never helped me just was in favour of the buyer and after all the evidenced I had that she was lying they still gave her a full refund. They don't have a good customer service and I'll never use them again!!!!

gibbikay, did you ship to the address on the PayPal invoice and did it say

Seller Protectiion

Eligible

Did you ship with tracking to that address, and was it delivered?

If so, you are protected and you can get your money back.

You can still close your ebay account, but at least get your money back before you do!

I am struggling with a buyer right now. The PayPal page is saying

Seller Protection
Not Eligible

I have told them 3 times to add their mom's address to their PayPal account BEFORE they pay me, but they never do. I have refunded them 3 times now.

I've also been trying to find an email and cannot not matter how hard I look. Either way legal or not for them to have to have another form of communication other than phone and whatever else in this day and age everything is done online, using phones to do things only computers could do years ago and having a customer service email address is just something people would expect any company to have, especially a big name company as eBay is and seeing what eBay is it's online shopping, selling your items online the point of eBay is being able to do all these different things online, it's way more convenient and it's something years ago people couldn't do, they didn't have this technology so most would assume a company in which is all about doing everything you can do on eBay online would have an email address, a way to contact them and get customer service online, over the web and not only have the option of calling. Most of the time at least me personally I have questions that are things I'd like to know or am curious about but are not questions worth calling, waiting to get a rep on the line only to ask my minor question so having an email would be plain & simple just more convenient for the customers and gives another option rather than just having the 1 option of calling. I have a few eBay accounts and since day 1 it's just been problem after problem, way more cons than pros as someone else wrote I'm just tired of dealing with it all. You pay these fees for who knows what true reasons and wherever it actually goes and all these people are getting rich off me but I only make $15 off 35 items I sold. I understand I have to pay for packaging & shipping that's fine, understandable 100% but the fees do not help and I could actually make at least some semi decent money for my items. All together, my opinion eBay could use a lot of work in a lot of different areas, customer service being the 1st order of business seeing its eBay's worst area and is the most important to a business. No customers, no business sure there's other factors that are almost just as important for a business but customers and their service should be main priority and eBay doesn't have the customer support that it should being the big, popular and "famous" company it is. Next step for me, deleting all my accounts and if it's going to be a complicated and a pain to do then just no longer use eBay or my accounts until this company improves...IF it ever improves. Who knows.

As a seller, my issue is being able to post my actual shipping costs. At best, I get an acceptable range of shipping costs, but when I post an item, you (eBay) plucks a number from the range and posts that as the shipping charges, when in fact, that are usually more than that. So, I have to add a note to my description about the range of shipping costs. Of couse, if a buyer simply pays they only pay what the selling price is plus eBay's quoted shipping cost - which is not my actual shipping cost.

With a 4.4 DSR on S&H cost I'm sure many respected sellers here applaud your decisionROFL photo rofl_zps43a5875b.gif.
