Anyone know if these changes are retroactive? Its a 3 month lookback on the shipping uploaded metric. Do they intend to throw a wrench in the gears again and apply new rule changes retroactively again? Its the single worst thing ebay does in my opinion. Making changes and applying rules retroactively to a time when they didnt exist is about the best example of bad business I can think ofl Its reprehensible. This time its just for TRS status, but if we keep allowing them to apply rule changes retroactively without fighting as hard as we can, we are likely to end up with another retroactive "defect" system.
When the original defect system first went online it would have kicked thousands of sellers off for snad returns accepted in a time where they didnt count agaisnt you. There was an uproar in the forums about it and they relented into changing the update to not kick off sellers for retroactive rule violations. The next update was more seller friendly but did apply its rules retroactively without much fight from the community.
This is the biggest issue ebay sellers need to fight (along with the flawed return system). Applying rule changes retroactively makes it so no seller can truely have a solid business plan. You never know whats going to happen here and whats going to be held agaisnt you in the future. Its a major issue and ebay needs to recognize it.

The 95% requirement will be implemented for the first time on June 20. The 3-month evaluation period will be March 1 - May 31. So it's not retroactive. You got a whole 24 hours notice!
