Hi everyone, My seller account is currently showing a restriction related to incomplete order tracking information. However, when I open the issue, eBay shows: Orders without tracking: 0 Orders with tracking: 25 Every affected order has a tracking number and carrier The page says: “Thanks, no new restrictions will apply from this issue” At the same time, my account still says “Your seller account is restricted” and asks me to resolve the issue by August 22. It also says existing restrictions may take up to five days after delivery to be lifted. I have 976 active listings, and today was the first day I received no sales at all, which is very unusual for my store. I’m concerned that the restriction may be affecting the visibility of my listings in search results. Has anyone experienced this before? Did your sales or listing visibility drop during the restriction? Was the restriction removed automatically five days after delivery? Did you need to contact eBay and request a manual review? Is there a way to confirm whether listings are hidden or suppressed in search? I have already contacted support, but I would appreciate hearing from sellers who have dealt with the same situation. I recently had a guy purchase an item (he asked to cancel after it had already shipped). He then filed a bogus defect return. When the item came back, there was no defect. Unfortunately there was no way for me to refuse the refund. I was told by an eBay rep to add the info on the bogus return in the refund transaction and that the "off-line" team would review it and I would be refunded. It's been a month and zip. How do you handle these types of issues without getting screwed?

I've had two pieces of jewelry not pass the authentication process even though they the authenticator stated they were authentic. Is there a step I can take prior to posting to make sure all the information that is needed by the authenticator. I am not a jeweler; I had both pieces appraised by a jeweler but that apparently was not sufficient. Suggestions?

I was watching an item that was listed as an Auction; it had no bids and the end of the auction was still 5 days away. Suddenly the listing is shown as "Sold" although (as far as I can tell) no bids were ever placed. The product page showed the item as being Sold. I sent an inquiry to the seller but they never responded. My question is: How can an Auction item be sold to someone when it is not a Buy It Now item, and the end of the auction hasn't been reached? It's not like the seller removed the listing because of an error or anything. This seems to be defeating the entire purpose of having an item listed as an Auction, when the seller could just as easily have listed it as a Buy It Now. Any info appreciated.....
