Insurance for international sale of pricey wristwatch to UK?

In the US and I sold a $1600 wristwatch to buyer in UK. He has 150 feedbacks, so that's okay...

Worried about the delivery. What can the seller do to get proper insurance or is it possible to get insurance for wristwatches? I can see them saying it's "jewelry" and not paying off if it disappears.

Is it possible to get signature confirmation?

User profile "Location" says "United Kingdom", but shipping address is "Kuala Lumpur". Buyer does have 150 feedbacks.
