I got scammed by a seller

Ordered an AS IS watch from this seller, they took my money instantly, but now they have ghosted me. I go to their store front and they have nothing listed there now. I opened a case with Ebay, but I'm afraid the time line will expire by the time they resolve the issue. I have messaged the seller 4 times since my purchase and zero responses. Now, I only paid 15 bucks for the watch as it needed a new band, which I ordered from Invicta which cost 40 bucks. The issue is, this particular watch band will ONLY fit on this particular model. The band came from their warehouse in the Netherlands and it will cost me over 20 bucks to send it back to them for a refund. I have purchased many, many things from here and this is the first time I have come across this. Don't Ebay admins monitor when a seller just pulls up stakes and has nothing on his/her store front anymore? Just really pisses me off that this happened. I have learned from my mistake and warn any others to stay awawy from this seller. The seller has only been a member since Jan of 2026. Should have been my first clue. I don't see me getting my 15 bucks back or the watch. Thanks for listening.
