I did not know that the seller Brooklyn watches was away and could not contact me. I sent a negative review about their customer service. He contacted me today and was extremely apologetic about not being able to contact me. When we finally connected he was super, and even offered me a partial refund which I refused. I truly believe that he is professional and a VERY reliable seller of watches at EBay.
