Box and papers missing from shipment
Hello,
I recently purchased a Rolex with box and papers. It flew through the authentication process and arrived today. Unfortunately there are no box and papers in the box from the authenticator. However the listing clearly shows box and original papers included. Has anyone had box and papers go missing at the authenticator?

·2 years agoWith digital video being so inexpensive and widely available, you would think they would have something that would document (video/picture) what was included with shipments at these authentication centers. Especially for the higher value items like Rolex. Makes no sense and someone is pocketing these items. It becomes he says she says and the whole system looks juvenile. Come on Ebay, you can do better!

·2 years agoThere have been posts about this kind of thing on these boards. I recall one recently where the dust bag that should have accompanied an expensive designer purse went missing when it was shipped out from the authenticator. The system has had it's share of complaints.
