A Wrong Item Was Sent
I purchased an item from a seller in eBay a few days ago, but a wrong less valued item was sent, and I received it today. I contacted the seller right away, but haven't got any response yet. Any advice on getting the item I've paid for and return the current one, or prompting the seller to response effectively and professionally?

You are protected by the eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the date of receipt: eBay Money Back Guarantee policy
Go to the item in your Purchase history and file a RETURN using the reason "Does not match pictures or description". eBay will issue you a pre-paid return shipping label regardless of the Seller's return policy. You return the item and the Seller will have 2 days to refund you. Failing that you go back to the claim and ask eBay to step in and force the refund.

Go to your purchase history and click return item and select, the item doesn't match the description as the reason.
The seller will have 3 days to accept the return and pay return shipping or refund without returning.
If they don't, return to the case on day 4 and ask Ebay to step in.
