Personal managers are usually assigned by eBay automatically. They depend on your account performance, sales volume, and growth potential. If your sales slow down or account activity drops, the manager may be removed. You can focus on increasing sales and maintaining good metrics, or contact eBay support to ask if youre eligible again.

·6 months agoWow. That's Old School. I haven't had an ebay Rep call me out of the blue in well over 20 years.
Do they even still do that anymore?
If they do, does the call come from India, the Philippines? Are you able to understand what the Caller is calling about? 😄
