Ebay Authenticity Center Moonachie NJ
Please help,
I sold a pair of authentic Adidas spezials on a slightly damaged box, item is perfect but after googling the authentication center and reading the horror stories, stolen items, vanishing funds, no returns etc I've attempted to cancel the order and refund the buyer.
His funds however are on hold until 24 hours after verification when with all my prior orders they deposit within 48 hours of purchase automatically.
Ebay wants me to pay out of my own funds knowing full well the funds won't be released so it appears the buyer is either going to get double his money back OR I send the item and know its going to vanish/the sale is going to be a nightmare.
What do I do? I've sold several pairs on mercari and eBay a few years ago without an issue or this over the top crap they outsource to third parties who can't be held accountable
