Are these authentic Dior pants?
Hi. Can any help me assess if these woman's printed corduroy jean-like pants are authentic? The label looks authentic to one from the 1990's on the vintage guild website but the button on the jeans doesn't seem like others I've seen on other vintage DIor pants. They are from a relatives estate I am handling. I haven't found this fabric print anywhere else in a google search.
and I'd like to sell them if authentic .

·6 months agoEasy to verify. You can find the CHRISTIAN DIOR label used by John Galliano here: http://nickverrreos.blogspot.com/2011/03/christian-dior-haute-couture-runway.html
And the fabric, which was used in the 2002 Fall/Winter collection, viewable on the internet, would have been designed exclusively for the fashion house and not available for open sale.

·7 months agoYou'll want to do a Google Images search which will identify them for you as Dior Fall/Winter 2002 pants designed by John Galliano. It will bring also bring up other pairs that are on offer on the internet. The collection also had other pieces -- a blouse, a dress -- in the same fabric. You can verify that by watching a video of the show.

OP7 months agoHi. I just saw your response. Upon further searching I did come across other items with this print but I never saw pants. I will try to get the video of the show. I did think they were authentic but wanted to be certain. Thanks for your help. Now to find a reasonable asking price on ebay:).
Have a happy holiday!
