why the USPS# shows deliveried and then displays No Such Number, Processing at USPS Facility?
Can any experts tell me the reasons? These couple weeks, I’ve had a他least 5 packages sent via USPS recently; the tracking information showed delivered. But a week later, it showed the packages were back in transit in other states, such as No Such Number, Processing at USPS Facility... ? Were USPS recycles old number and reassigns them to new packages?
