**Subject: Missing Mail Search Request – eBay Return Package**
First of all, I didn't get any email to send this review request. That's why I posted here.
Hello eBay Support,
I am requesting an urgent review of my automatically closed return and refund.
I shipped the return package before the eBay return deadline. The return was sent through USPS on August 17, 2026, while the eBay return deadline was August 25, 2026. However, USPS did not provide a tracking scan showing acceptance or movement of the package.
I have contacted USPS multiple times regarding this issue. USPS has now opened an official Missing Mail Search Request for the package.

I also received a USPS Service Request resolution regarding the delivery issue:

The return was therefore shipped on time, but the package appears to have been lost or has not received the necessary USPS tracking scans. The eBay return was automatically closed because proof of shipment was not received by the deadline.
I respectfully request that eBay review the circumstances and make an exception to reopen or otherwise resolve the closed return so that I can receive my refund.
I can provide the USPS Missing Mail Search confirmation and USPS Service Request correspondence as evidence.
