Yugioh sealed box opened and returned missing cards

I sold a yugioh sealed box and the buyer asked to return it because it wasn’t as described but provided no context. Which is fine. But the box came back to me damaged, the box unsealed and packs all opened with cards missing. I weighted the box before I sold it and reweighed it on return, it’s down on weight and double checked cards are missing. eBay doesn’t give me an option to get help from them to step in so I had to issue the refund with notes about the problem, but it now says the case is closed. This was a $4,000 box that I can’t resell now, it’s worthless and idk if eBay will help. What do I do?! I can’t find a number for eBay.

I'm sure you didn't pay that much for it, so you can still sell pieces from it and make some money.
