Where does your card inventory workflow actually break?
I sell singles myself and keep running into the gap between what the marketplace says I have, where the card physically is, and whether it is actually ready to sell.
I’ve tried existing software, including inventory and repricing tools, but most seem to solve only one part of the process. They don’t really connect intake, storage locations, listings, multiple sales channels, picking, packing, returns and inventory corrections.
I’m considering building something to solve that, but I want to make sure I’m not just solving my own problem.
For sellers handling a meaningful number of singles:
Where does your process break most often?
What was the last concrete inventory or fulfillment problem you had?
How did you discover it, and what did it cost in time, cancellations, refunds or customer messages?
Which marketplaces and tools do you use, and what still requires spreadsheets or manual checks?
Do you work alone or with a team?
If one part of the workflow could be automated reliably, which part would you choose?
Approximate inventory size and weekly order volume would help put the answers in context. I’m not selling anything—I’m trying to understand whether this is a broader seller problem and what a genuinely useful solution would need to cover.
