Lost card in mail issued a refund, now card was found and delivered. How do I get reimbursed

I sold a card, it got lost in the mail. I issued a refund. Now the card was found and delivered. How can I get reimbursed from the buyer.

It is happening to me as well as we speak (not a trading/sports card) and the buyer did NOT refund his refund to me. I have filed "Report Buyer" and await results. The item was mailed Feb 4th and arrived March 6. I refunded promptly, but now am being ghosted by the buyer.

Buyer was friendly w/o much eBay experience and wanted to reimburse but wasn't sure how to go about it. Ebay stepped in and squared things away, allowing the sale to hold up and reimbursing me. So it worked out.
