UK not appearing as a shipping option
Hi! I sell a lot of toys, and the UK is not appearing as a shipping option. I don't exclude it, I have filled out all the right info (including new requirements like Country of Origin and Safety Information), the toys in question are not prohibited ones and allowed to be shipped to the UK (even eBay customer service said that they were not prohibited ones). Yet, it still doesn't show up as a shipping option. Any fix or explanation for this?

·4 months agoMost used toys or out of the package toys cannot ship to the UK as they are not labeled with the proper safety requirements as @toysaver says. Even a current Lego mini figure out of the box/package violates UK toy standards as they are not marked with the UKCA. Toys in package prior to 2011 are also non compliant
The CE means the toy is Compliant to European Standards, the UK with the CA is UK's Conforms Assessed safety standards

·4 months agoThe UK has unique safety regulations for toys with a UKCA mark required for sale. This controls what toys can be shipped in with most being questioned and restricted.
