You need to expand on your question.
You have to create your own listings for items no matter where you got them from and they have to comply with ebay's listing requirements. If you won something on ebids, you have to wait until it is in your possession, then photograph and describe it and prepare it for shipping. Using info copied from another seller's/site's listings should not be done, using non public photos should also not be done, because you could be violating copyright laws if you use photos taken by another seller. A Mfr.'s stock photos are alright.
