Complaint Regarding Purchase Restrictions (Drones and Smartphone Stabilizers)
I welcome everyone.
I wanted to buy an FPV drone for my son (a toy for a teenager). The seller made me an offer, but when I tried to place the order, the system displayed the following message:
"Unfortunately, this item cannot be purchased in your region. {e28}"
I would like to highlight the following:
I live outside the United States, but I provide a U.S. delivery address.
The same error appears when trying to purchase from different sellers (I tried multiple times).
I have no violations of community rules, and all my feedback from sellers is positive.
I also encountered the same restriction when attempting to buy a smartphone stabilizer from different sellers.
I contacted customer support via chat and spoke with three different representatives. Unfortunately, none of them were able to clearly explain the cause of this issue or provide a solution. I was even asked if I use a VPN, but I have never used one.
As a result, I am unfairly restricted from purchasing certain categories of products, even though sellers are willing to ship to a U.S. address.
Please help. Thank you.

EBay will nip it in the bud if there's a chance the government in your home country restricts this item from importation.
