Bought a one piece card and didn't realize i was scammed
I did a costly mistake buying a card thinking of buying a 3rd anniversary winner luffy at the time market was $340-350 but the seller had it for $300. Me not knowing their was 2 versions of the card at $340-350 and one at $27 only realizing it after 3 days ago i figured out he purposely priced the $27 card at 300 so it would go through ebay authenticator and i would be ineligible for a refund and i messaged the seller about if he knew he was purposely scamming people and he admitted to scalping scalpers (basically admitted to scamming scammers) but i am not a a scalper so i don't know what he is talking about and ghosted me after pretending that he would give me a refund. i paid through paypal and was wondering if theirs was any way i can solve this i talked too ebay and they said i cant do anything even though he admitted too scamming people

Sellers can price their items at any price they want and there's nothing wrong with that.
