Bought a model car kit, part is missing, seller found it, but has not sent it. What can I do
I bought this car kit, a seat is missing. Seller sent a picture of missing seat, guess he found it, I have been asking when will it be sent. I paid for a whole new, never started kit. I sent seller a message, maybe it fell from the box, I got a picture of the seat. I have asked seller to send it. I believe he wants me to pay for the postage, I payed that for the kit. I need help. Seller will not respond, even after seller found it. Kit can't be built 100% stock. There it sits.
Seller said will combine ship, I ended up paying twice as much, two boxes. I did get some money back, but not till I had to go round and round with seller.
Maybe E bay could contact seller. Any help in getting the seat, I would really appreciate it.

Seller should respond then.
