2013 Yoda Lego Minifigures ny I love
There's a guy selling "custom" 2013 Yoda Lego Minifigures ny I love. He's faking the Minifigures, the cello package and the white paper insert. Wouldn't this exact copy of a trademarked item by definition be called counterfeit?? The real bad thing is someone bought it from him for $155.00 and now has it listed on eBay for $8000+ it's the exact one. I compared the package with the ones recently sold. I've already reported both but they're still up. Buyers beware of relisted fake Yodas in cello packages.

If the item is a custom one, it would not likely be an exact copy of the original, there would be some difference between the original and custom one. A case could be made for a trademark violation though. If they are using a copy of the Lego card/insert in their packaging, that is a copyright violation. Keep in mind that with millions of new listings being posted daily on the site, they cannot possibly vet each and every one of them.

eBay never has and never will pull a listing based on one report from a single member. They could be a competitor of the seller or may not have the expertise to tell the difference. eBay does have a
VErified Rights Owner (VeRO) program, copyright or Trademark owners can join to get rights violation listings removed. Since Lego apparently has not done that, try contacting them.
What @ms.rodriguez* , wrote about there being hundreds of fake Lego items being listed is right. However, not all are listed below trending prices. Most of the "custom" ones are listed for more. If you check the feedback profile pages of sellers before buying from them and see they are registered in China, you can count on them being fakes.

·3 years agoWhy don't you write a letter to Lego? Anyway, if you search ebay, there are hundreds of sellers selling fake Legos and Paw patrol. Most are in china. If you see that they are dirt cheap, they are fake.
