Unable to retrieve OAuth user token in sandbox

Hi fellow devs!

I am trying to test some API calls within the sandbox environment but I can't seem to get the OAuth user token to work. Navigating to Home -> User Tokens (eBay Sign-In) page. I sign in to a sandbox user, but I am notified that the complete token won't be revealed until I set the eBay Redirect URL. But when I click on 'Add eBay Redirect URL' I am hit with an error message 'Something went wrong. Please try again later'.

Strangely I don't have this issue when I swtich to production as I was able to configure the redirect URL's there.

Any suggestions? What could I be doing wrong?

We are aware of the user access token issue in the Sandbox environment and are actively working to resolve it. To stay updated on the progress and any changes, refer to the API Status page.

thanks for redirect url problem solved. But I can not get user token with "Sign in to Sandbox for OAuth" button. When I try to log in, returns error "We ran into a problem. Please try again later". I clear cache, and try both oauth methods. https://ibb.co/SDj16YS

I need to integrate my app with ebay and I get same error too. When I click "Sign in to sandbox" returns "

Something went wrong. Please try again later." Then I try to OAuth (new security) tab and it needs redirect url but when click to "add ebay redirect url", "An unknown issue has occurred. Contact the website administrator". There is nothing at website administrator page about this problem there.

Could you solve this problem?
