Request to Enable Production API Keys (Support Ticket Not Available)
Hello,
I am a new eBay developer and I have created a sandbox keyset successfully. However, I need to activate my Production API keys in order to use the Trading and Inventory APIs for listing automation.
When I go to the Application Keys page, I see that the Production keys are currently disabled and I am not able to submit a support ticket because I don't have purchased support hours.
Is there any way to request Production key activation without paid support, especially for personal use or small-scale automation?
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

To enable your Production keyset, you need to fulfill the eBay Marketplace Account Deletion/Closure Notifications requirement by choosing one of the following options:
Subscribe to Notifications: If your application retains eBay user data, you must implement the notifications workflow to receive alerts when an eBay user requests the removal of their personal information.
Opt Out: If your application does not store eBay user data, you can opt out of this requirement.
Completing either the subscription or opt-out procedure using the links provided in the overlay will automatically activate your production key. Once this process is completed, the overlay will disappear, indicating that your key is active and ready for use.
