Messaging APIs not working in Sandbox

Hi all,

I can't get any messaging API to work in the Sandbox environment. AddMemberMessageAAQToPartner always returns error 2190823 regardless of QuestionType, direction (buyer→seller or seller→buyer), or whether there's an active transaction. AddMemberMessagesAAQToBidder passes validation but returns error 10007 (system error) even with a confirmed bid on an auction listing. All other Trading API calls (listings, orders, CompleteSale, etc.) work fine with the same tokens. Is messaging functional in Sandbox currently, or does it need to be tested in Production?
