createOrReplaceInventoryItemGroup API system error

Such as the theme, after I call createOrReplaceInventoryItemGroup API, return a 500 error code, the body content is as follows：

However, I can see by calling the getInventoryltemGroup API that ltemGroup was created successfully, but variantSKUs has no content. But I made sure that when I created ltemGroup, I uploaded a valid sku. So the platform staff can see why the createOrReplaceInventoryItemGroup API system error？
