Attempting to generate a Oauth Sandbox token

I have a new App I'm trying to test in Sandbox, and to keep things simple I'm trying to use the token generator for the sandbox on the User Access Tokens page to get an Oauth token to test with. However, when try to log in with a sandbox user account that I created, I get the following json message:

{"error_id":"invalid_request","error_description":"Input request parameters are invalid.","http_status_code":400}

This behavior occurs in both Edge and Chrome.

Unfortunately, I tried to open a support ticket to report this error message, and the support ticket page is also throwing an error, noting simply "Something went wrong"

It seems we're facing the same issue—it was working fine on Friday, but since Sunday, it stopped functioning.Additionally, I've been unable to reach eBay's support team regarding this issue.
