Are any of you able to get the Marketplace Insights API to function in the Sandbox?

I’m currently working on integrating the Marketplace Insights API in the sandbox environment. However, I’m encountering an error when trying to call the /item_sales/search endpoint. Specifically, I receive the following response:

Steps I’ve Taken:
Validated Access Token:
- I ensured my token is valid and has the buy.marketplace.insights scope.
- The token was tested within its validity period (expires_in: 7200 seconds).
Tested Across Tools:
- I used both curl and the API Explorer, and the error persists in both cases.
Checked Headers:
- I included X-EBAY-C-MARKETPLACE-ID: EBAY_US in my request headers.
- Tried Another API:
I am able to successfully use the Buy Marketing (Browse) API. This suggests the problem is not a general one with my account. Request Details:
- Endpoint: /item_sales/search
- Query Parameters: q=iphone&limit=3
Questions:
- Has anyone successfully used the /item_sales/search endpoint in the sandbox environment recently?
- Could this be an issue specific to the sandbox environment, or is there something I need to address in my developer account or API configuration?
Any guidance or confirmation would be greatly appreciated. I don’t want to assume this is a sandbox problem without confirming whether others are encountering the same issue. If you’ve faced this error before, how did you resolve it?
