Subscribing to the Topic LISTING_PREVIEW_CREATION_TASK_STATUS for InventoryMapping Notifications
Hello all,
I am having trouble subscribing for the topic "LISTING_PREVIEW_CREATION_TASK_STATUS" -
Endpoint: POST https://api.ebay.com/commerce/notification/v1/subscription
Topic Requested: LISTING_PREVIEW_CREATION_TASK_STATUS
Error: HTTP 404
Error Code: 195002
Error Message: "The topic id does not exist"
When I call gettopis() API I receive a list of about 20 items but is does not contain "LISTING_PREVIEW_CREATION_TASK_STATUS"
I have other notification subscriptions active but this is one I'm having trouble getting to work. I already have access to the Inventory Mapping API - We've been successfully using startListingPreviewsCreation and listingPreviewsCreationTaskById. The API is working perfectly.
Any one else experiencing this issue? It's a relatively new API so maybe it's still being tested for the notifications part. I have a ticket open for this and it's been sent to the engineering team in a "Waiting-BugFix" at that's where I am with is at the moment.

OP7 months agoHello Scout,
Thank you for your message. It is very much appreciated.
This was turned into a support ticket open as you probably already know from carefully reading my post. The amazing tech support members were able to identify and resolve the issue in just one day. Please share my thanks to them for an amazing job and even more amazing was their quick response to my query. This kind of response is rare in the tech world.
Once again thanks for your assistance. I also have another ticket open where the schema for the GraphQL is erroring out on a query to the Category ID - maybe if you'd like to see how that is progressing, it would be very helpful.
In any account, thank you and have a very Happy New Year.
Best regards,
Brian

This will help us address your issue more effectively.
Additionally, please remember not to share these details here in the forum post, as they may contain confidential information that, if exposed, could lead to security concerns.
