Sandbox SCGI site down
Hi,
This link says to change a Sandbox user to a business account type to go to this URL:
https://scgi.sandbox.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ChangeRegistrationAccountType&guest=1
The link is dead. How do I send this to support please?
Thanks!
