Production keyset disabled - "undefined" name prevents Marketplace Account Deletion exemption from s

I'm having an issue with my Production keyset that I hope someone from eBay or the community can help with.
The Problem:
My Production keyset was disabled because it's flagged as non-compliant with the Marketplace Account Deletion notification requirement. When I go to the keyset settings to toggle the exemption (we are not storing personal data), the Save button does not work — the exemption never saves.
After investigating, I believe the root cause is that the keyset name was created as "undefined" instead of a real app name. The App ID is: AgripinB-undefine-PRD-24c4d5150-5c630443
Because the name field shows "undefined", it appears the backend validation is preventing the compliance settings from being saved properly.
What I need:
1. Fix the keyset name from "undefined" to "BrillA10K" (or any valid name), OR
2. Manually apply the Marketplace Account Deletion exemption on the backend, OR
3. Provide the Production Cert ID directly so I can use the Messaging API
I tried submitting a ticket through the AI-Assisted Support tab at developer.ebay.com/my/support/tickets but the /chat API returns 503 Service Unavailable, so no ticket gets created.
Has anyone else hit this "undefined" keyset name bug? Is there a way to escalate to eBay Developer Support directly?
