Not receiving any platform notifications on sandbox.
I have subscribed events using AuthnAuth flow and used setnotification pref api call. I have confirmed this event subscription using getnotificationpref call. I can also see on sandbox UI notification details are correctly added. After completing all prerequisites, call to place offer is successfull. But notifications are not receiving on application URL. To confirm notification message i tried to call "GetitemTransaction" but getting "Web service framework error" on sandbox. Anyone aware about this behaviour from ebay api?
