Inkfrog and eBay inventory glitches
Summary: The discussion involves comprenewonline mentioning issues with inventory glitches between Inkfrog and eBay. whattheactualfox responds, but the content of their discussion is not provided.
Hello,
Not sure if this is the right place for this question, but we are not sure why this continues to happen without a resolution! We have been using Inkfrog for a while in order to list our inventory and there seems to be a random glitch where the APIs with both eBay and Inkfrog do not work properly which causes our inventory to be off balance.
This results in our company selling items that do not have quantity, and our valued customers getting orders canceled and refunded. We can't seem to get a straight answer from either platform, and no one wants to be at fault, but we continue to receive defects in our seller performance and negative feedback from angry customers.
Is there anyone else that is having this same issue? Or anyone that has a resolution?

·1 month agoveRO flags on AutoDS-imported listings usually trace back to the source photos and copied brand descriptions, rights owners scan for their own images and trademarked wording, so imported listings are prime targets. Swap in your own photos and rewrite titles and descriptions instead of pulling them straight from the supplier, and steer clear of the brands with known aggressive VeRO programs. When I clean up imported listings I edit them in bulk through 3Dsellers to strip the source images fast, but the real fix is just not reusing the brand's copy verbatim.

·2 years agoI have never used inkfrog before so I had to look it up to learn more about it. So please excuse my answer
Is there a way you can re-authenticate ebay to your inkfrog account? That could be a possible fix

OP2 years agoThank you for replying! We have re-authorized eBay to Inkfrog and now we are experiencing API errors when our items sell. We have reauthorized eBay to Inkfrog again and again, and it is getting worse. We have reached out to Inkfrog and they have given us a workaround but that does not explain the uptick in API errors and inventory issues.
