I am trying to use the sandbox endpointhttps://apiz.sandbox.ebay.com/sell/finances/v1/payoutto download payout information and I just get this message returned{ "errors": [ { "errorId": 2003, "domain": "ACCESS", "category": "APPLICATION", "message": "Internal error", "longMessage": "There was a problem with an eBay internal system or process. Contact eBay developer support for assistance" } ] }I am sending the digital signature headers as required in the UK, is anybody else having issues like this?Thanks
