Hello.
I am hoping someone can help me. I am using MIP to update and to load new items.
Everything uploads perfect: name, price, descriptions, features, sizes, variations, etc.
The only thing that doesn't upload are the images.
This is an example of the picture.
According to eBay dev team, they are seeing this error
“failed to connect.
The destination homeimprovementsupply.com is not reachable.
Contact your IT administrator with the following error:
Connection timed out”
I have check with my IT Dept. and nothing is blocked that is inside the U.S..
From eBay Dev team there servers are in the us.
This started a few months ago.
Any help would be appreciated.
