eBay API error and 403 error message with Linnworks
Hey folks,
I've been facing this problem for about 4 days now. I use Linnworks for our stock management — updating, deleting, creating, etc. However, I can't do any of these at the moment due to a weird error called 403. Linnworks claims it's not from their end and gave me 2 ERROR files to send to eBay. However, eBay says they have nothing to do with it on their end and want me to fix the problem with third party (linnworks). When I call eBay customer service, they either hang up or don't even understand the problem I'm talking about.
Is anybody else facing this issue? If so, could I please get some information? I've been using it for about 6 years and never had a problem like this.
