Developer registration rejected — support form submitted twice, manual review needed
Summary: stejac249 is experiencing difficulties registering for the eBay Developers Program, which is essential for integrating their two business applications. The registration was rejected due to unspecified data issues, and attempts to resolve the issue through official channels have been unsuccessful. As access to Developer Technical Support requires a successful registration, they are unable to get further assistance. stejac249 seeks help in escalating the matter for a manual review by eBay or guidance on the correct approach to resolve this issue.
Hi,
I’m trying to register for the eBay Developers Program so I can integrate eBay with two applications I am developing for managing my own business workflows.
My Developer Program registration was rejected, and when I try to sign in I receive the message that the registration was rejected due to problems with the data provided or other irregularities.
I have already submitted the official Developer Account Support request regarding the rejected registration twice, but the issue remains unresolved.
Unfortunately, I cannot use Developer Technical Support, because that requires me to sign into an approved Developer Program account. My rejected registration therefore leaves me unable to access technical support.
I am not trying to create another developer account or bypass the registration process. I would simply like the existing registration to be manually reviewed, or for someone to advise me how I can get the case escalated to the appropriate eBay Developer Program team.
The applications are legitimate seller-management tools: Buy • Scan • Sorted, for managing stock, listings and sales, and Create • Print • Sorted, for preparing products and managing marketplace/fulfilment workflows.
Could an eBay representative or community moderator please help escalate this, or tell me the correct route for obtaining a manual review of the rejected Developer Program registration?
Thank you,
Steven

·3 weeks agoI have run into a similar situation. I applied for a developer account to be able to manage my listing from an ERP, because I am selling these items on other markets as well. However, I got my request rejected twice and I don't know what else to do in order for it to be manually reviewed by a human and get it approved.
