Developer account registration auto-rejected — requesting manual review for affiliate integration
Hello eBay Developer Support Team,
My new Developer Program registration was recently rejected by the automated system, and the follow-up support form ("My account registration was rejected") resulted in an immediate auto-decline without specific details.
If my registration was rejected in error, I would greatly appreciate a manual review of my account application.
I am the lead developer building Radex, a collector discovery and inventory tool designed to be used by attendees at trading card conventions. The core purpose of integrating the eBay API into our application is to serve as an affiliate traffic engine. We are utilizing the API to display active and completed listings to high-intent buyers on the convention floor, directly funneling them to purchase graded slabs via eBay if they cannot find the inventory locally.
Our application will strictly adhere to eBay's data display policies and is intended to be paired with our eBay Partner Network (EPN) affiliate integration to drive marketplace sales. We are not utilizing the API for automated arbitrage, bulk scraping, or training AI models.
Could a forum moderator or Developer Support staff member please escalate this case for a manual review, or advise what specific eligibility requirement is missing so I can submit a compliant registration?
