Constantly being blocked when trying to sign up for a developer account
When trying to sign up for a developer account, after clicking registration, I keep being directed to a Pardon the Interruption error screen. I have JavaScript enabled, have tried multiple browsers and devices, and am still presented with the same screen. Is there anything that needs to be done to stop being directed to the screen?
The message the screen shows is the following:
