Available Quantity
We just upgraded to the new API. Available quantity for some items is not updating. For one item, quantity on Manage Active Listings page shows 103. When we send in the quantity for this item, Ebay returns:
QHS SKU 13319: 43 is right as you have a -2 tolerance
