Application Growth Check Stalled

I co-own an app that allows users to post on the eBay platform, specifically devoted to eBay. I anticipated movement and applied for a rate increase on some critical APIs that allow users to interact with the platform, and we have not heard back. We regulate the system so users can't bombard eBay with calls but we are still capping out on certian APIs most days of the week, keeping users from performing basic functions on the app.
The lack of more API usage access is actively hurting our business (and most definitely eBay's) and we are seeing paying users pack up and leave the platform because they are unable to list to eBay late in the day. It has been over a month since the initial ask and I don't know what else to turn to or who to ask since I have only heard crickets.
Is this normal? Any help or advice would be greatly appriciated.

OP3 weeks agoBelieve it or not, we just got the ticket closed. Total time to respond was about about 6 weeks. Unfortunately, I thought we could get more than 1 API approved using 1 ticket, I was wrong. Looks like I'll have to wait another month and a half for the 2 other APIs we need access to as well. Not as critical, but that means that the bottleneck is not on us again, and is dependent on eBay Application Growth Check support.
