Anyone else having issues with Inventory API changes not taking effect for many hours? | Talk to your fellow developers

For the past few days when I update or add a new inventory item and offer. Ebay API is taking a very long time making the changes. I have been having to wait until the next day to see the changes take effect. Anyone else having this problem? Or does anyone know why this might be happening?
